Ticketing Information

Moshtix is the official ticket seller and reseller for all shows at Altar Bar. Tickets purchased from an unofficial reseller or through an online marketplace cannot be guaranteed as valid tickets and you may be denied entry into the event. You can access your ticket online by logging into your Moshtix account where you can manage, download or resell your ticket.

Conditions of Entry

Altar Bar is committed to safe and positive spaces where all people are welcome and respected. Our policy on anti-social behavior is strictly enforced and applies to all individuals, including patrons, performers, promoters, staff and security. If you experience or see something that doesn't look right, please report it to one of our friendly staff.

Valid ID must be shown upon entry to the bandroom even if you have a pre-purchased ticket.

The right of admission is reserved and is subject to this code of conduct, liquor licensing laws and the terms and conditions agreed to at time of purchase.

Responsible Service of Alcohol legislation applies to all patrons and ticket holders.

You may have your bag checked upon entry to the venue by one of our licensed security guards. Prohibited items include but are not limited to: alcohol, textas, paint and/or similar items, glass, plastic bottles, weapons.

No smoking or vaping is permitted within the bandroom. There is a designated smoking area upstairs.

Professional audio and video recording equipment is not permitted. All media requests are at the discretion of the promoter.

The building is outfitted with CCTV devices and by entering you consent to being filmed by our systems.
